Career and Product Coaching - Propel Your Professional Growth by Coach Ray (Ray Choi), a career coaching practice focused on helping you (Coachee) elevate your career.
Terms of Service
Ray Choi, hereinafter referred to as “Coach,” you, hereinafter referred to as “Coachee,” Product And Career Coach hereinafter referred to as “Company.”
Return & Refund Policy
All sales are final, and the Company will not issue refunds for career coaching services. If Coachee wishes to terminate the Coaching engagement prior to its planned expiration, Coachee will forfeit the fees already paid to the Coach.
By purchasing Product and Career Coaching Services, you agree to each of the following:
- I understand and accept the Return & Refund Policy as outlined above.
- I understand and accept that career coaching is a process of personal empowerment.
- I understand and accept that my full and honest participation in career coaching is required.
- I am healthy and responsible enough to engage in career coaching.
- I understand and accept that career coaching does not replace consulting and counseling.
- I understand and accept that no results or outcomes can be guaranteed.
The Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
Portfolio Use:
As described above, the Coach shall be permitted to use all produced items of work in Coach’s professional portfolio and correspondence between Coach and Coachee, if applicable, but may not use Coachee's name, likeness, or other identifying details without express written permission from the Coachee. This information will only be shared anonymously as part of the Coach’s marketing efforts; only first name and last initial will be used to identify the client (unless the Coachee agrees for identification). Marketing includes email, PDFs, social media, videos, and websites.
Coaching Agreement
Purpose:
A formal coach will uncover and inspire new working methods, help tailor strategies to discover career North Star and accelerate your growth and potential.
Roles & Responsibilities of Coaching Agreement
Ray Choi (Coach):
- Provides assessment and observations that foster self-awareness and awareness of others
- Listens intently and empathetically to help build awareness, reduce noise and increase focus
- Acts as a sounding board in exploring possibilities and implementing thoughtful planning and decision-making
- Challenges blind spots to illuminate new possibilities and support the creation of alternative scenarios
- Fosters shifts in thinking that reveal fresh perspectives
- Champions opportunities and potential, encouraging stretch and challenge commensurate with personal strengths and aspirations
- Maintains professional boundaries, including strict confidentiality and adhering to the coaching profession's code of ethics
You (Coachee):
- Uses assessment/observations to enhance self-awareness and awareness of others
- Leverages tools, concepts, models and principles to engage in effective forward actions
- Engages in big-picture thinking, problem-solving skills and envisions personal success
- Utilizes the coaching process to promote possibility thinking and fresh perspectives
- Takes courageous action in alignment with personal goals and aspirations

- Individual - Habits, productivity, energy management, self-awareness, skills development, emotional intelligence, confidence, belonging and mindset
- Interpersonal - Communication, conflict resolution, management, leadership, motivation, and trust-building skills
- Organizational - Systems, rituals, planning, decision-making and stakeholder communication
Goals of the Coaching Program

Guiding Principles
- Our time together is sacred; to this end, we will do our best to make the time distraction-free.
- We commit to co-creating the coaching experience. We will both express needs and requests openly, trust that each other is coming with the best intentions, and discuss openly how to iterate on and improve our coaching work. We invite open communication around our relationship, particularly as your needs evolve.
Key Logistics:
- Co-commit to keeping notes, setting agendas, crafting goals and to-dos based on what works best for your learning and growth style.
- Scheduling:
- I believe that consistency and commitment are key to personal and professional growth.
- Need to reschedule? Send me a message a minimum of 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session and I will do our best to reschedule.
Communication:
- We recognize that the coaching process can flex depending on situations that arise between standing meetings. We commit to keeping one another updated, and making time to discuss pressing matters.
